Our Franklin campus is situated on over 9 acres of land and offers two comprehensive memory care units that overlook an undeveloped tract of farmland.
Each residence is designed to maximize the beautiful outdoor environment with a large exterior courtyard and oversized windows and skylights that bring in light and a picture of the outdoors throughout the seasons.
Our raised flower beds and outdoor veranda create opportunities to enjoy the benefits of the outdoor concerts and gardening activities offered during the warm months.

Two Comprehensive Memory Care Units
Our service in the Comprehensive Memory Care Unit is dynamic and with our creative care model design we endeavor to meet the specific mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and social needs of each of our residents.
Our speciality trained dementia staff, Nurses and visiting MD establish a specific creative plan of care for each resident. The plan addresses the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of each resident and is updated to reflect the residents needs starting with admission through end of life care. Our creative care is a model that focuses on the abilities of our residents and offers challenges to maintain ones highest level of independence.

Open Concept with Beautiful Views
The design of the residence is open with different common areas for resident dining and activities. The flow of the residence makes it easy for residents to easily find or be directed into the various community spaces. With the help of family and staff, residents take ownership of their home by decorating their individualized curios with momentums that reflect their lives and loves.
Activities & Parties Galore!
Our innovative Activity team has established an activity program for all different levels of resident engagement. You will see our bus around town when our team is on the road for an outing or just sightseeing. Our therapy dog is an in-house traveling visitor for those individuals that enjoy furry friends.
It has been a longstanding tradition for Elizabeth Residence to host on behalf of the residents our annual Family Picnic, Holiday Party, a Ladies Tea for the women and a Mens’s brunch for the men. These gatherings are mini family and friend reunions and we look forward to resuming these traditions when the threat of COVID is behind us. In the meantime our innovative Activity Team is creating as many safe opportunities for fun and stimulation for our residents.
Meet Maggie
We believe that furry friends make everyone happier. That’s why we have therapy dogs at most of our locations daily. Maggie is a golden doodle that “lives” at our Franklin location. Make sure to give her a pat and tell her she’s a “good girl” if you come by for a tour.
